Marketing and Operations Coordinator

The role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our business. This hybrid role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a “can do” philosophy and wants meaningful responsibility. It combines marketing execution, content coordination, client support and business operations, and offers the opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile work with leading companies in Greece and internationally, such as Google, FIFA, AstraZeneca, Microsoft, Nestlé, Novartis, Phillip Morris among others. Key responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of projects and business operations

  • Manage administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, invoicing and customer service

  • Create sales and educational materials (handouts, presentations, promotional material)

  • Manage editorial content creation, including blog, podcast and newsletter content

  • Create email campaigns

  • Support the maintenance and updating of websites

  • Coordinate and create social media and promotional content across platforms

  • Manage client communications

  • Manage the student community and our digital learning platform

Skills

  • 1-3 years of full-time work experience in a relevant role

  • Background in project or office management, marketing, communications or a related field

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills in English and Greek

  • Excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalent tools

  • Very comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new software quickly

  • Ability to use remote working tools to manage tasks effectively

  • Experience with content creation and design tools is a plus

Attitude

  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a positive attitude

  • Highly organised, reliable and flexible

  • Ability to manage time effectively based on deadlines and deliverables

Details

  • Must be based in Athens

  • References are required

  • Hybrid position (appr. 3 times per week in-office in Kifissia. Occasionally, the role may require participation on off-site events, keynotes, conferences or retreats)
