What WISE-UP is about
The WISE-UP program, which launches in March 2025 and runs for three years, aims to enhance the wellbeing of students (aged 12–18) and educators in the digital age by introducing mindfulness-based tools for stress management and healthier digital habits.
In an era of rapid digital transformation, mental health and wellbeing within the school community have become critical priorities in European education policy. WISE-UP responds to this need by offering an innovative framework for emotional and experiential intervention through the practice of mindfulness.
