Here, you’ll find an overview of the programs we have developed with that intention in mind. Our programs are designed to nurture mindfulness, support restful sleep, encourage emotional growth and resilience in children, and deepen self-awareness and reduce stress.
All offerings are thoughtfully created, based on scientific insight and years of experience, and are available only in Greek.
Wellbeing & Mindfulness Online Platform
The #1 scientific educational platform for meditation and wellbeing in Greece, created by Myrto Legaki in collaboration with leading global universities. It offers over 800 guided meditations, 155 recorded webinars, 16 specialized masterclasses, and more than 100 workbooks. This platform is designed to help you reduce stress, sleep peacefully, and build a mindful, balanced, and fulfilling life through proven practices for your body, mind, and soul.
Optimal Sleep Program
A science-based online program grounded in mindfulness, designed to help you enjoy deep, restful sleep, naturally and without medication. It includes calming meditations, practical sleep hygiene tips, a workbook and sleep journal, soothing melodies, and simple exercises you can use right away. From easing anxious thoughts to establishing healthy bedtime habits, everything is accessible anytime, anywhere, so you can sleep better and live better.
Mindful Kids Program
An online program that helps children cultivate calm, stability, and emotional connection through the practice of mindfulness. Children learn to recognize and regulate their emotions, calm themselves during challenges, and develop empathy and self-awareness. Parents gain practical tools to support their children, starting by regulating their own nervous system. Mindfulness strengthens emotional intelligence, reduces stress, and lays the foundation for deeper family connection. It’s a practice that is learned, embodied, and lived, together.
MBSR
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program
A scientifically grounded, internationally recognized 8-week course that helps individuals manage stress and cultivate resilience, presence, and inner stability. It combines mindfulness practices with neuroscience, cognitive-behavioral psychology, and group process, and has been taught to millions worldwide for over 40 years. Our center is certified by Brown University and UMass, and the Certificate of Attendance is recognized by all accredited mindfulness training institutions.
WISE-UP Erasmus+ Program
WISE-UP: Wellness Integration and Smart Education for Understanding and Prevention is a three-year Erasmus+ co-funded program launching in March 2025. Implemented in around 70 schools across six EU countries, it aims to support students’ and educators’ wellbeing through mindfulness-based tools for stress management and healthier digital habits. WISE-UP offers student workshops, educator training, and a European mindfulness app to foster emotional resilience and digital balance in school communities.
