Our Values

Acceptance
Honesty
Respect

We respect all participants in our programs, irrespective of gender, age, race, sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs.

We communicate in a simple, compassionate and clear way.

We aim to take into account and manage in the best possible way during every educational process, any emotional, mental, spiritual or physical need our participants may be facing.

We never offer psychological or medical advice to participants, but only support them with respect to the practices we teach. Our role does not substitute in any way the role of a doctor, psychotherapist or psychiatrist. In cases where we deem it necessary, we may refer participants to seek relevant medical or psychotherapeutic assistance.

In our programs, we do not advocate teachings with which participants are meant to agree. On the contrary, we encourage critical thinking and our role lies in creating the ideal conditions that will provide every participant with the opportunity to discover his or her own innate wisdom and potential for transformation and healing, through the practice itself.

Our programs for children and adolescents under 18 years of age are only intended for use in the presence and/or knowledge and approval of a caretaker/adult.

Integrity

We recognize that all participants in our programs have the right to complain or express concerns. If such issues arise, we pledge to take all necessary steps to address any problem in a swift and just manner.

We manage all relations with our providers, students, collaborators and clients with integrity, honesty, consistency and respect.

We adhere to strict ethical standards and hold ourselves accountable should our actions raise concerns.

Confidentiality

We respect every human being’s right to share their personal story during group classes in our educational program, knowing that it will be kept confidential. We never share personal information without prior consent.

We manage all information that we collect electronically or through print forms related to the operation of our educational programs, as strictly confidential. Management of personal information is subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, as stated in our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.

Safety

Our first concern when organizing any educational seminar, corporate workshop or retreat, whether with physical presence or online, is the safety of our participants on every level. For this reason, we reserve the right to remove any person that demonstrates behaviors that we deem are a threat to the safety of the team or impede the creation of an open, collaborative learning environment.
