Your Mentor

Myrto Legaki is the Founder of One Breath Mindfulness Center, teaching practices that aim to cultivate awareness, resilience and wellbeing. She is a certified Mindfulness & MBSR instructor from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Brown University and an Open Floor moving meditation instructor with a 15-year international background in top-level corporate positions and a passion for teaching actionable, science-backed methods for stress reduction, clarity and wellbeing on every level.

Transitioning from the corporate world after 15 years working as a management consultant and marketing director in fast paced organizations in New York, London and Athens, she now teaches the practices that helped her recover from a particularly stressful period in her life, into leading a life of purpose.

She is a TEDx speaker and she has supported thousands of people find balance, reduce stress, boost creativity, mental and physical health, compassion and connection. She combines her corporate knowledge, with her deep personal meditation practice and rigorous international professional training in the leading Universities in the U.S., to make an impact and catalyze compassionate change for the greater good in every setting she teaches.

She nurtures a daily meditation practice since 2010 and is in supervision by Brown University.
