Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Scientifically proven world renowned intensive group learning program aimed at reducing stress through mindfulness by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Includes:
- 8 weekly classes of 2.5 hour duration
- One day-long class in silence of 6 hour duration
- Guided mindfulness meditations for home practice
- Print and audio support material

Introduction to Mindfulness

2hour experiential introductory workshop to mindfulness, which includes a short guided meditation practice.

Mindfulness Essentials

Experiential 4 hour workshop that includes extensive practice in various mindfulness techniques, theory and discussion about stress and how to better manage it, as well as tips on how to incorporate this healing practice in our everyday life.

Mindfulness Immersion

Intensive experiential mindfulness workshop that includes training and practice in various meditation techniques, mindful yoga and group sharing as well as psychology tools, based on the MBSR program.

Includes:
- 5 weekly classes of 1.5 hour duration
- Guided mindfulness practice
- Guided mindfulness meditations for home practice
- Print and audio support material
