HOW MINDFULNESS WORKS
Mindfulness has been proven to contribute to our brain's neuroplasticity, by modifying activity and grey matter density in specific brain regions in ways that help us respond better to stressful situations. More specifically, it increases the activity and grey matter density in brain areas responsible for focus, memory, learning and the feeling of joy and reduces brain activity in areas that are responsible for stress reactions, anxiety and depression - such as the amygdala, hippocampus and the prefrontal cortex.

Mindfulness at Work
Experiential 6-week group program conducted in company offices or off-site over 1.5 hours per week, that combines attention training techniques (meditation) with psychology and neuroscience, focusing on stress response mechanisms and the cultivation of self-regulation skills and resilience.
